Design and Construction of HD-capable DSNG Truck
Project Description: Breaking news, sports, events and festivals: Speed and
flexibility are essential for successful TV service providers when it comes to outside news gathering. Live productions require fast reaction times as well as reliable broadcast and media technology. A prime example for professional mobile production is the latest member of the DSNG fleet run by German TV service provider rt1.tv: The HD capable DSNG6 is designed and constructed by our system integration team, ensuring quick operational readiness and high-level broadcasting.
For the production of high-end sports and news content, the vehicle is equipped with 8 + 2 HD camera chains and several work places, such as audio and video direction, uplink, image processing, ingest and editorial. Furthermore, we provided rt1.tv with interior direction furniture from our Finecut line, which is tailored to rt1.tv’s specific needs.
